Declone™ De-Duplication Setup

Step 1: Use existing Web-to-Lead HTML form already created by salesforce.com.

Step 2: Purchase Declone™

Step 3: Adjust configure settings based on these recommended default settings below:

For existing Contact that matches information on Web form:

1.		Update blank fields and append the description field from the web form to the top of the existing description
2.		Associate the campaign to the existing Contact
3.		Perform one of the following:
	A.	If the probability of any Opportunity associated     with the Account is greater than or equal to:    %

		Assign a Task to the:
		Contact Owner
		Account Owner
		Opportunity Owner

	OR (if probability is less than above)
B.	If last modified date of Contact was less than:   months ago

		Assign a Task to the:
		Contact Owner
		Account Owner
		Opportunity Owner

For an existing Lead that matches information on Web form:

1.		Update blank fields and append the description field from the web form to the top of the existing description
2.		Associate the campaign to the existing Lead
3.		Perform one of the following:
	A.	If Lead Status STARTS WITH any status listed below:
		Open, Working   Enter each Lead Status separated by a comma and exactly as entered in salesforce. Leave blank to always assign a Task.

		Assign a Task to the Lead Owner

	OR (if probability is less than above)
B.	If last modified date of Lead was less than:   months ago

		Assign a Task to the Lead Owner

Task Information

Task Priority:		Low Normal High



 

Step 4: Change the action in the form tag created in step 1 to point to RingLead servers.
