Declone Mass List perform all the following steps with one simple upload:

1. Update the matching Contact and notify the owner
2. Update the matching Lead and notify the owner
3. Create the new Contact in an existing Account and notify the owner
4. Create the new Lead and notify the owner
5. Link the new Lead to an existing Lead from the same company
6. Have a campaign assigned as the list is being uploaded

Rather than uploading your list directly to salesforce.com and then spending an excessive amount of time trying to find first the matching Contacts and then matching Leads, you will instead upload your list to your RingLead account. From there, you can choose how you want that new data treated. Choose to "overwrite" or "update if blank" or "don't update" any field in the matching Lead or Contact. For example, you might choose to overwrite an old phone number with the new number on your list but want to keep the existing email address the same unless the field is currently blank. The choice is yours.
