DMS also prevents duplicates caused by web forms by updating and merging information in each field using advanced field level actions. Marketo and Salesforce Integration
DMS prevents duplicate Marketo and Salesforces Leads and Contacts. DMS also provides the option to link a new Marketo Lead to an existing Salesforce Account (ABM) with optional exceptions to convert the new Lead to a Contact if the account has an open opportunity or is a specific account type.
