The addition of a New York City office, and expansion of our Melville office, reflects RingLead’s commitment to our growing roster of New York-based companies.
Six months ago when I joined RingLead as CEO, I came in with mindset of accomplishing 4 core objectives by midyear:
- Shift to a performance-based culture that rewards top performing employees and directly benefits customers
- Release innovative, groundbreaking data management solutions designed to tackle the data quality issues 0f 2017
- Scale in a profitable way, with a major focus on dominating in New York City, San Francisco and Austin.
- Achieve and maintain a profitable double-digit growth rate for RingLead.
With the help of Executive Chairman Russ Artzt, we hit our first two objectives within the first few months of being at RingLead.
The addition of our New York City office, and our ability to now double our headquarters office space by September 1, 2017, is another meaningful milestone I am excited to share with you all. The addition of a New York City office positions us to provide hands-on, in-person training and demos to our valued customers and prospects in the area. Similarly, by doubling the Inside Sales team at our Melville office, RingLead will be able to meet the high-demand for our new solution, DMS, in a timely manner that aligns with our overall customer service approach.
