We are seeking 20 sales professionals to join our highly competitive performance-based culture. This role includes a compensation package of over $125,000 a year (no cap) and up to 10,000 shares of performance-based stock in RingLead. RingLead stock vests immediately upon being earned! Our top account executive currently earns $250,000 a year in base and commission. Senior account executives earn over $225,000 plus stock options. The path from AE to field sales is between 12-24 months, contingent on experience and performance.
As an account executive you will receive direct training from veteran sales directors. You will work with a director on every deal and will be compensated for that deal. Preferred candidates are experienced in SaaS-based products. Knowledge of the data management and data quality industries is a huge plus!
