About Hennepin Theatre Trust
Hennepin Theatre Trust is an American non-profit headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Hennepin Theatre Trust manages several theaters in the Minneapolis area, bringing together people, businesses and organizations to create and enjoy the performing arts.
Challenge
As a non-profit, Hennepin Theatre Trust was using Salesforce to manage their donors and keep in contact with their consituents. However, they were suffering from some of the most common Salesforce data problems: poor reporting as a result of innaccurate and duplicate data.
The Salesforce dirty data problem was growing, and Hennepin Theatre Trust needed a way to manage their duplicates without losing any historical data in the merge process.
Solution
Hennepin Theatre Trust deployed the RingLead Platform to tackle all of their data quality problems and reduce the harmful effects of duplicates on their donor outreach strategy.
Using RingLead’s patented duplicate matching algorithms, surviving field values, and master record rules, Hennepin Theatre Trust curated a data management strategy that fit all of their needs.
Results
After launching and implementing RingLead’s suite of data management and data quality tools, Hennepin Theatre Trust saw noticeable improvement in their Salesforce data integrity.
- In the very first deduplication task, merged 1400 duplicate leads within Salesforce
- Continues to prevent duplicates from entering the Salesforce Org
- Leverage RingLead’s 1 on 1 onboarding to ensure initial data management success and a positive customer experience throughout the lifetime of their RingLead usage
