Four Practical Uses for Chatter

We’ve attended/sponsored a lot of Salesforce events over the past year, and one topic that seems to keep coming up is Chatter – but not always in a good way. More often than not, Salesforce admins and users are not quite sure how to successfully implement and utilize Chatter within their own Salesforce org.

As a Salesforce ISV and a part of the Salesforce eco-system before the AppExchange even existed, RingLead has always been one of the earliest adopters of new features and functionality of the platform. We were slow to start, but Chatter has become an essential component in our collaboration and communication processes across multiple departments.
