Meghan Gill is an award-winning sales and marketing leader and startup advisor. She was employee 8 and the first non-technical hire at MongoDB, where she built the developer community from the ground up and launched many of the company’s first demand generation programs. She is currently VP of Sales Operations at MongoDB, where she is responsible for the analytics, systems, and processes that support sales productivity. She was recognized by AlleyWatch as a Rising Star in Enterprise Technology in 2014, listed as one of the Top 10 Cloud Evangelists for 2016 by CloudNOW, and was a winner of the EverString Discovery Award for Emerging Women Marketers in Tech. She is also an advisor to Flybridge Capital, on the board of hackNY, a non-profit with the mission of creating an inclusive and responsible innovation community in New York City, and a volunteer through iMentor.
