How the RingLead Platform solves the pain points we were feeling with DemandTools

Upon starting my new conference organization, we quickly realized that DemandTools was not the going to be the right data quality tool for us as we were moving forward. Just because it didn’t have the flexibility that we were looking for from a data quality solution.

We implemented RingLead and instantly we saw that it really hit all those pain points that we were having issues with DemandTools.

So when we implemented salesforce.com in 2004 it was clear that the native Salesforce deduplication tool, which at that time did not even exist. So we had to find a third party vendor that would provide us the right solution and it was Validity DemandTools product that we ended up implementing.

So not only importing lists but also deduping our lists on the way in. The ability to mass merge accounts, contacts and leads, the ability to mass convert leads were all items that the demand tools product helped us help fulfill at a my organization.

So upon starting my new conference organization, we quickly realized that DemandTools was not the going to be the right data quality tool for us as we were moving forward. Just because it didn’t have the flexibility that we were looking for from a data quality solution in terms of access, Cloud access, the ability to access it from any location, any site, which led us to start looking for other data … I’m sorry. Other data quality vendors and which led us to RingLead. And we implemented RingLead and instantly we saw that it really hit all those pain points that we were having issues with DemandTools.
